Unclogging Resentment

I noticed several items which I resented because they frustrated me.

I could not get them done.

I was too afraid, or too worried, or too convinced it would do me no good to try to get them taken care of.

And I resented carrying them around with me mentally, day after day, week after week, and longer.

So, I decided on a course of action.

I decided that even if I did not take action or could not take action, I would close the worry, frustration and resentment “account”.

And I would not judge myself.

I would simply move on.

So, I made the call.  I made the pitch.

And I was taken care of.

And so I shall move on.

I am grateful to come up with a plan for action.

I am grateful I took the steps to enact it.

I am very grateful for the way it turned out.

The flow is restored.

Feeling the Peace

Instead of getting agitated over relationships, the news, incidents at work, there is a way to feel the peace.

It comes from within audit is always there when we turn to it.

Peace does not run out.

It has an infinite source, and we can find it every time we need it.

It can become our constant companion as we realize that the results we get from listening for the peaceful feeling far outweigh any reaction we may have to other outside information.

We can cultivate peace all the time.

It always is fulfilling.

We can make calm decisions even in the midst of confusion.

When we see and hear evidence of loud agitation, even then, we can find peace.

The peace we add to the situation will do far more for it than taking sides or fanning the flames.

Let’s do our part in seeking the peace within for ourselves and notice what it does for the situations around us.

Peace Within, Once Again

When we live our life from within, we can carry it with us wherever we are.

We can turn to that peace at any time.

We ca listen for the peace when we hear something disturbing.

In confusing times, we can turn to the peace within.

No matter what the current version of life is all around us, we can continue living from the peace that is within.

It comes from an infinite, divine Source, so it never ends.

We can feel it, every time we turn to it.

When there is so much shifting in the economy and the political spectrum, the peace within is a sure comfort and a sure guide.

Since it is always consistent, we can trust it.

It gives us the foundation we need.

There are no differing values for the peace that is within.

Peace is calm, reassuring, presence.

We come from peace and we live in peace.

Resilience After Depression

There is a consciousness that is rising so powerfully, now that we have witnessed such inward darkness.

The contrast is extremely moving.

We are not helpless.

We are no longer despairing.

We can take action.

We can embrace good practices for all of us.

We can establish them as well.

We have all experienced darkness in our personal lives and learned to overcome it.

This was our practice.

Now our joy and delight and appreciation of one another will spill over to all of us, so that no one is ever left out again.

This is the time for this deeper and unified practice to become part of all our daily lives.

We are all precious and we can all live that way.

A Deeper Sense of Peace

I turned away from the emotional excitement of the news and spent a quiet evening working on my knitting and watching uplifting videos, you know, on gardening and weaving.

I finished and project and started a new one.

Before I went to bed, I did some spiritual reading.

I was struck by the sense of spiritual power, and how it continues whether we tune into it or not.

When I went to sleep, I felt peaceful and when I woke occasionally, I was filled with this sense of all the controversy and pain in the world taking place inside a massive fabric ball.

I could see violent punches as the participants fought within it.

Yet, outside of all the disturbance was a beautiful peaceful setting in Nature, lit by moonlight.

I returned to it, progressively through the night, though the fighting groups were completely unaware of it.

I am not given to prophetic dreams, but I am intuitive and I know how to listen within.

I feel this was a gift to me, to be willing to let those who want to, play out their scenes of conflict, but that I can find my peace within, and now, apparently, in dreams and visions.

The Constant Flow of Peace

Taking a break from the chaos all around me, I decided to meditate.

As I tuned in to the deep peace within me, I found myself drawn into a huge flow of peace.

I realized that this huge flow of peace is part of the Infinite Peace.

The Universe is not concerned with what is or is not happening.

It simply provides for all, all of the time.

When I tune into It, I have all I need.

I am reassured.

I am comforted.

Things will happen in either good or disturbing ways, but behind all of it, is this ongoing peace.

Ambitions will rise and fall.

We will all be worried and scared, or we will all be relieved.

But when I tune into the ongoing flow of peace, I calm down.

And I can do this over and over again, as often as I need to.

As our collective experiences clash with the ongoing peace, our society is going through some mighty upheavals.

But the peace will return, and our society will come to other conclusions.

And so it will go on, until society and civilization coincide with the deep peace which underlies the Universe.

The Peace of the Light Within

When you do lift your head enough to see the tiny spark that is still within you, despite everything that has happened or is still happening, you can find your way out.

This spark is actually a hint of your true identity.

Not the version that was imposed on you.

That one is a lie.

But this tiny spark, it is the promise of who you really are.

You will listen to it.

You will come back to it, over and over.

And it will hear you.

And it will start telling you more about who you really are.

And it will give you the steps to take, as you can, to get out.

And you will find another place, a new place, a place that recognizes you and honors you and respects you.

And you will not have to live in that other place any more.

And you will find with relief, that you are not and never were, the person in the lie.

You are who you are.

What you define.

What you choose.

And you can choose wisely, if you listen.

Going to the Core

I kept trying to talk myself out of a feeling I had.

I tried to decide that the feeling had no justification.

I tried to override it by telling myself that my feeling didn’t matter.

I tried to redirect myself around the feeling and to tell myself to go ahead and join in anyway.

But, it didn’t work.

Finally, I decided to honor the feeling.

And what a relief it was.

I decided not to participate and join in.

I realized that my feeling did matter.

I realized that there was, indeed, justification for the feeling.

And then, I removed any and all references to the occasion for the feeling.

I have now honored myself and my feelings and, my house is purified.

I am surrounded only by those things which remind me that I am valuable, that I am loved, cherished and adored.

Reality vs. Illusion

What I see is often different from what is really going on.

ow can I know what someone else is thinking?

How can I now what causes the conclusions they draw?

It is tough enough to know what I am doing in certain situations.

So, when I see something going on, I must back off a little to realize that it is a combination of what everyone in the situation is seeing and doing.

That is a lot of input!

It is coming from totally different situations and awarenesses.

So, what can I do to see through all the opinions and mental contradictions?

I can breathe deeply and go within.

It takes only a moment.

I can pause for as long as I need to, and then listen before I take another step.

The calm atmosphere I draw on this way, places me in a different context from my opinions from a moment ago.

I can see and hear clearly.

That is almost enough for now.

As I stay in this calm space, I may be directed to do something.

I may find myself gently moving in a particular direction.

At any rate, the calmness that I choose is the reality.

It is always there, despite all the illusion of activity.
