Sometimes I am at peace with how I feel.
Sometimes it feels good to be where I am.
When I don’t feel at peace, I can change that.
I can look at where I am and how I got there.
I can change what I am doing and create different reactions around me.
I can restore myself to peace.
When I see things or hear things that are not calming, I can focus my thought on something that is and be productive.
Then I don’t have to dig myself back out.
I can make constant adjustments to stay calm, happy, focused, relaxed.
I can do my best work.
I can live happy and well.
Now that I have found my peace, I can be more consistent to restore and maintain my good feeling.
