Restoring Peace

As I write today, I am gradually restoring my peace.

In an environment of many painful memories, I have undergone strong panic attacks.

My ability to access my deep Source has led to the reestablishment of my deep peace.

As I focus on what I am writing, I draw on my Source.

I sense that I came from peace, not from chaos.

I sense that I grew up in safety, not in violence.

I sense that I can choose from eternal resources, not experiences from the past.

I can draw that peace around me that comes from within.

I can access my happiness from within and see it spread out all around me.

I can feel the beauty of the day, as I take my three deep breaths.

I live in the center of a beautiful and peaceful Universe.

As I go from where I am to my appointment, I know that I will have what I need in order to experience peace and happiness.

Peace Through Strength of Mind

As I pass through the jumble of media messages and thoughts from the past, I can find peace in my own strength of mind.

I can choose what I think.

I can choose my attitude toward what is going on around me.

I can find strength in the guidance I feel from within.

Whenever I am at a crossroads, I can find my way to the best choice by pausing to listen.

The way which gives me the deepest peace is the right one.

By acting on choices from within, I create deep strength of mind.

I will not follow the latest political or fashion whim.

I am grounded in the integrity of my own mind.

That gives me the strength to live well, no matter what is going on around me.

I can choose the uplifting path.

I can choose a life of service.

I do not have to get, get, get to fill in the void in my life.

I am filled with the meaning of life through generosity of spirit.

I am infinitely prosperous in how I know to serve others to help them find an uplifting path.

This is the peace I have through the strength of my mind.
