Getting Things Done Peacefully

I am using my new practice of waiting until I am calm to do things.

I had made a list, but still felt rushed.

When I did finally feel calm, things came together so easily.

I made my connections.

People called me and we made our connections.

The schedule is set for tomorrow.

Things to finish out the day will happen appropriately and as needed.

This new habit is really catching on with me.

I think I’ll try it again.

Practicing Calm

Changing from a life of anxiety and depression means building a lot of new habits.

My newest one is sitting still until I can feel the calm.

It’s what I am calling a “light show”!

Getting calmer and lighter means waiting for myself to relax before moving on to the next thing.

I sit and wait to feel the calm and then I get up.

Taking time to feel the calm lets me move with more grace.

It is especially wonderful to be able to move without feeling a habitual drag of dread clinging to me.

There is more light in my life and I am grateful.

I can take the time to feel it.

To see it.

To acknowledge it.

The stuff that happens is minor now, and there are no repercussions.

There is comfort and moving forward.

I like learning my new habit.

Criteria for Harmony

The only criteria for harmony is to keep listening within.

There are no other requirements.

Listening within insures a peaceful and calm dimension for immersion.

All our needs are met in this calm and peaceful place.

Practicing calmness and peacefulness as a baseline for taking any action insures that all will be done.

Nothing will be left out through confusion and hurry.

All will be done in a beautiful way.

It will bless all the people involved.

It will be done in a timely manner.

It will utilize materials and talents in optimum ways.

Everyone will be satisfied with the process and the result.

It will build a foundation on which to base the next project.

With peace and calm, harmony is insured.

My Clear Inner Balance

I have found my balance once again by turning within.

The sounds and sensations around me were noisy and harassing.

After I realized what I was reacting to, I turned away from it and listened to the ideas which make me happy.

It makes me happy to realize that everyone is precious.

It makes me happy that everyone has a special purpose and that they are fulfilling it.

It makes me happy to to think in terms of the infinite spiritual resources that are available to each of us as we turn within.

I was able to find my clear inner balance and to do the things I needed to do.

I took the next steps on projects that had been stalled in some way.

I finished up work on one small project which has been waiting.

I came up with an idea of how to proceed on another project, and while I was thinking about that one, I tried out another material and found it was very complimentary to continuing with another project.

It is all a flow.

It all fits together.

There are no disjointed actions, no unfinished business, no dangling loose ends.

Working from outer influences to inner balance to flowing production makes me the most happy of all.

Peaceful Connections

Listening to the media and reading the unavoidable flashy ads makes me feel pressured by the irrelevant.

Once I realized my source of irritation, I was able to direct my thought away from it.

My connections, I realized, are made through what the Universe brings me.

I am connected through the integrity, excellence, and innovation of my work to those who appreciate and desire those qualities.

People are drawn to what they like.

The calm steady production of what brings me joy and delight sets up an attraction for people who are looking for it, also.

Whenever I work on one of my products and enjoy the shape it is taking, I am preparing for the joy of someone’s discovery of it.

All the steps which are going into my product line are taken with joy and with the conviction that they are meeting a need, or else I would not be so drawn to creating it.

The lightness and maneuverability of how everything fits together is a joy, and I always enjoy my time working on it.

This consistency in its creation makes it a joy to operate.

Everything in my product line is connected through joy with everything else.

Everyone connected with it feels the joy.

Newness and Peace

I am guided to study all the time.

There is always something new and interesting to learn about and to do.

It is so peaceful to be able to learn so much and to practice new skills.

There truly is no limit.

It is wonderful to develop new vocabularies about new topics.

Seeing a new project come together is exciting.

Experiencing a new routine as priorities take new shapes is refreshing and invigorating.

Moving from project to project with no deadline is relaxing.

I know that everything is being completed in its own way in its own time.

Variety and freshness is appreciated.

There is a lightness and a harmony to my life that is all new.

The Next Step

Taking the next step peacefully builds on my new habit of being completely satisfied.

As I complete what I am able to do, since I am giving it my best, I have been acknowledging that “I am completely satisfied.”

That allows me to move to the next step without self-criticism or anxiety.

When I come back to the project, I am able to assess my progress and begin where I left off.

I don’t feel anxious because I haven’t completed it yet, because I am completely satisfied with my work to this point.

I am able to think clearly.

I am able to work freely.

I do not bring any “baggage” to my work.

I simply do the next step.

Using the Ideas That Come to Me

I find that it is imperative to use the ideas that come to me.

Once I have tuned in and received them, they require the next step.

To honor their origin and to continue to receive more, I nurture and protect them and bring them to pass.

The Universe keeps the flow going by showing me which next steps to take.

When I forget the sequence and start to take off on my own, things just shut down.

Then, when I remember how to listen, once again, the next step comes to mind.

This has become such a persistent pattern, that I now have a practice to keep the flow going.

Although it was important and helpful at the time to learn another way of doing things from various teachers and business practices, my new way is individually tailored to my talents.

Now that I can see a track record from listening and being guided and taking those steps, I can trust it completely.

Moving forward with certainty and assurance and pausing to listen, beats those panic attacks and trying to make things fit into an old pattern.

Deep Satisfaction

Writing down the ideas that flow from the Universe is very satisfying.

It is wonderful to feel the answers to questions I haven’t even asked yet come into my consciousness.

Putting myself into a state of meditation by relaxing and focusing inward releases me from the mundane, and when I return, I am refreshed to take care of it.

It has been worth the long journey and struggle to choose a different direction, to learn the techniques to rewrite the inner noise and to silence it.

Now there is room to receive and, having received, to give.

Now there is deep satisfaction in the way I am living my life.

Project Patience

In the past, I have been so impatient.

I did not have the resources or experiences to expect to receive good.

Now, that I have learned to listen within consistently, I am actually seeing the fruit of my labors.

Instead of a jolt or injection of trust, I now trust the process of an orderly process of inspiration over and over again.

I know just where to go to receive guidance.

I have had so many experiences of receiving resources every time I need them.

I am seeing the results and gaining self-confidence.

I have complete expectation of manifestation and fulfillment.

It is a given as I embrace my new practices.

I can trust the fulfillment in every detail.

I can count on the expansion of my talents and abilities to be of service.

I am certain of my usefulness and my ability to share my practical inspiration.

I rest assured of its wide acceptance.

I am no longer impatient.

I am in a path of patience, expectation and fulfillment.
