Working in harmony

My husband and I have committed ourselves to a new project and as always, we come to it from our separate perspectives.

However, this time, we seem to have more time to listen to each other’s views.

This is increasing the harmony in how it is getting done.

We have always trusted each other with important actions, but this time there seems to be more harmony in the details.

Each one of us is doing our part, and getting input from each other when we need it.

Maybe we have just gotten used to working together with each other over the years.

We have, but it feels like more than that.

It feels like there has just been more and more progress in personal development and spiritual growth so that we are able to anticipate what needs to be done next and it dovetails with the actions taken by the other person.

It’s a nice way to work together.

I live in peace

I, myself, am expressed in peace.
No turmoil, without or within.
My peace within, surrounds me everywhere.
I have no other place to be.

Marriage, family, home, work,
All which identifies me
Is peace, and peace again
Over, around, throughout my life.

I build anew on peace.
It is peace Everlasting.
I did not know myself,
How or when or if.

But it permeates me now
It is my new residence
I live from peace within
And it surrounds me without.

Moving into first place

I have just moved myself into first place.

I had never thought of it that way before, but there it is.

I am best positioned to take care of myself because I know most intimately what my needs and desires are.

After years of putting everyone else first, I now know that my responsibility and my right is to truly take care of what is important for me, for myself.

I no longer have the bridge the gap of taking what is left over of my time, my energy, and my resources to provide for myself.

And by providing for myself, I mean providing for my self-expression.

It is important.

That is why I am here.

All my nature yearns to be expressed, acknowledged, recognized.

After all, that’s why I have received my gifts.

Feeling Great

I feel really great after reading several of the blogs I subscribe to.

These are upbeat authors with something to teach, through their own demos and research.

I feel informed and like the idea of taking care of myself through doing the kinds of things they do.

The posts range from quilting, art and sketching, lots of food ideas, and taking care of our environment.

It is wonderful to find and attract ideas that are uplifting to me.

This will happen more and more to each of us as we identify and seek out what feels the very best to us.
