Fear Diet

I am discovering how to maintain my sense of peace.

There is a strong contrast between things that contribute to my feeling of well-being and things which do not.

I am not talking about a superficial sense that things are all right.

I am not talking about being able to keep my peace within regardless of what comes at me.

I am considering ways of maintaining my peace and contributing to a feeling of protection all around me wherever I am.

I want that feeling to be available for others around me, too.

So as I notice what pulls me away from my peace within, I am making decisions about whether to include those things in my life or not.

So many little things are ingrained that I did not notice many of them at first.

But now, they are starting to stand out in contrast to the things which are peace-giving.

I am considering how to break my little habits which include disturbing things in my life so that I can make more room for peace and let it overflow.

I will go on a fear diet.

This will give me more room in my thoughts to attend to what is important to me.

Peace and Light

I had such a presence of light this morning as I woke up and considered what we are all made of.

Light is everywhere.

Light goes everywhere.

It enlightens us.

It gives us peace in situations which do not appear peaceful.

An enlightened thought always brings light into a situation.

It brings peace because it throws light on everyone and everything involved.

Working from peace lets us continue in the light.

It lets us consider all sides peaceably.

Then we are all filled with light and gratitude for the solution.

It is something we can all live with peaceably.

Light shines on all of us, everywhere, all the time.

Tuning into light lets us feel it and shine so that others are bathed in our light and peace.

Peace and Listening

Listening deeply brings with it, and with the peace, comes the answer.

Whatever answer is needed.

I am learning to just go deep to listen for the peace.

When I feel that, there is a simultaneous answer to whatever is going on in my life.

I wasn’t asking about the situation.

Its just that when my heart and soul and mind are flooded with peace, it permeates everything else that is there.

So, I am learning to do that first.

To turn within for the peace.

The Peace of Wholeness

I am complete and whole and proceeding with the rest of my life.

I am grateful to be in the place of knowing what I want to do,

fulfilling my purpose,

and taking action.

I am listening for guidance

and receiving it

and acting on it.

I am attracting what I need,

information,

objects and

clients/customers.

I can feel the substance of trust that pervades my every action.

This is a great way to do business.

Peace and Purpose

To be involved in what is most important to me gives me deep peace.

I am so grateful to arrive at this point in self-knowledge.

I am so grateful to have been given the resources in every way to develop my talents.

I am in a position to hone them now.

I appreciate the support around me.

It has taken a lot of “within” to see the “without”.

Now that it is showing up, I actually do feel much better.

It is good that any other path was intolerable.

I listen much better and without pushing.

I wait more patiently instead of backtracking.

I know the completeness of this.

I feel it.

I enjoy it.

I wait for it.

It is right here.

Peace in Simple Happiness

I am finding peace in simple happiness.

I enjoy looking at the beautiful plants in my yard.

This is the season for flowering and the colors are gentle and delightful.

I like how they all blend, different shades and contrasts.

I am finding my own rhythm in my daily routine.

Instead of feeling pushed, I am taking care of things in what is beginning to have a flow.

I am letting my priorities take, well, priority.

I am finding that I am much, much happier.

Who knew?

I am exploring new skills and finding new interests.

I am starting to get really good at some new skills.

Mainly, I am filling up on gentle peace and happiness and keeping that in mind so it surrounds me when I leave my house.

That is what I want other people to feel when they are around me.

Sweetness

Taking the time to be appreciative of myself lets me move happily and peaceably through my day.

I can begin gently.

I am able to work on what is important, things I love and things that need to be done as part of a routine.

The sweetness of living this way is what appeals to me most.

It is fun to have a dynamic life, and I enjoy intense experiences.

But I also have time now to consider the way I do things.

I can do them in a way that is gentle, sweet, calm, and happy.

A peaceful way.

A way that takes into consideration what I love.

Now that I start with that, it adds a different hue to my day.

I am able to connect with people in simple ways.

I am able to get the help I need.

I am able to make a contribution in the way that suits me best.

Living with sweetness adds a dimension of appreciation that I have found in no other way.
