The Peace of Doing My Work First

It is a new thing to realize that my work is the most important thing I have to do.

Not attending someone else’s meeting.

Not being a member of an organization.

But doing my work, developing my ideas, sharing my inspiration.

It is an impulsion I would not wish to ignore.

It is my most fulfilling feeling.

It satisfies me, excites me and gives me a sense of fulfilling purpose.

Since I am working from within to “release the hidden splendor”, there is a flow.

I receive, then I write, I share.

This is my day.

Everything else flows from it.

Because I'm True

I have great peace in my life because I am true to myself.

I did not know how to do this before.

I knew how to be loyal, obedient and disciplined.

But I did not know how to discover the value of myself.

It has taken a while, and I am grateful for all the signposts that led me on my way.

I have discovered the ideas that mean the most to me.

I have been faithful and very happy developing them.

I have been led to share them in specific ways.

I know that when I do this, I feel the best I have ever felt.

I have continued in my new path because of this feeling.

I am increasing in my self-respect the more I follow my own path.

Even though I am sometimes tempted to follow the old footsteps because of the old habits, I find my way back very quickly.

In fact, I no longer veer off my path.

I look over there every once in a while, and what I see confirms that I am where I most want to be.

I am living so much better now that I am true to myself.

Empty and Full

Today, as I am emptying my house into boxes, I am filling it up with love and appreciation for the years of growth and spiritual development.

These walls hold a manifestation of good practice, a manifestation of protection and nurturing.

These rooms are filled with the fruit of interactions that now extend far into the atmosphere and into the future.

I am full of gratitude for the safety and nurturing provided within our house.

I am filling up my boxes with ideas to be written up and passed along.

I am shedding old belongings and ideas that do not belong with me any more.

This is the most peaceful move, or “shift”, I have ever been involved in.

Flowing Peacefully

When everything is in balance, there is a peaceful flow to the day.

Work and inspiration, preparing food and cooking it, household cleaning activities, taking care of children all fit in a smooth and balanced weave throughout the day.

For me, preparing for this peaceful flow means inspirational study and writing.

When the sense of peace overflows from my study and writing, then it manifests in the other ways.

Putting my study and writing first, and then interspersing it throughout the day even more, lets it integrate into everything I am doing.

I am finding that peace is one of the elements that I include.

It is expressed in my work and conversations.

I am not hurried or harassed.

I am balanced and happy.

Everything that needs to be included is.

Nothing is left out.

There is always time to include what needs to be included.

I am preparing and manifesting peace throughout my entire day.

Creating from Peace

I am so peaceful now that I know how to lean into all my creative ideas.

They collect and accumulate for me in the Universe.

So, when I need one, I just go within and listen.

Now, that I have that as a practice, it is so fun and peaceful to go to either the list of rough drafts I have written down or to listen for a new idea.

Today, I have just accessed my list and pulled out the next four drafts to turn into Music Books which I will post at www.MusicandBooksforChildren.com.

Two of them have all the elements and two of them need some more research and creativity.  That is what I will be busy with for the next couple of days.

Now that I have found my niche and fulfilling work, I am quite peaceful and happy and fulfilled.

I have a never-ending Source.

I have learned how to use the computer.

And I love my clientele.

What a wonderful and peaceful combination.

Daily Peace

I am noticing a calmer, smoother flow in all my activities.

Even in the midst of large, life-changing ones, there is such deep calm and peace.

In the little things, I am finding myself working with a distinct lack of franticness.

Each step I take is prepared, and not by me.

Things are prepared for me to do and I am doing them.

There is no backtracking, no second -guessing.

Each step is prepared to be taken, and once taken, the next step is prepared.

I am no longer looking ahead, because what is here is so clear.

I know that whatever is next is also clear.

This daily peace extends into my work, my chores, my conversations, everything.

It is a permeating peace.

I see things that used to be disturbing, and now all I see is how they are prepared, too.

It is all for the peace.

Deeply in Peace

I am deeply in peace and I will not come out of it.

Today, I was greeted with my leftover project from yesterday, adding the music notation for my song, “I Am a Beautiful Child”,  in my children’s Music Book, “Who Am I?”.

I will help others to sing, “I am a Beautiful Child” and I will help others to feel that feeling.

After a perusal of news stories, I am grateful for the indications that so many others are waking up to what we all want, and it is to be engaged in activities of our own choosing to uplift society and to help peaceful efforts in our own communities.

Letting peaceful activities trickle all over the world is a much more satisfying direction.

It has changed my life to focus on the cultivation of my deep peace within.

It will also change the life of all our country and other countries.

Not Following the Rules

I made a decision based on “Forgiveness” just recently.

Even though I had legal grounds, I decided not to spend the time on a distraction, and instead simply to “forgive” the behavior.

One author I read, describes “forgiving” as giving ahead of time.

So instead of following up on an opportunity to be punitive, I decided to forgive.

Now, I am no longer reminded of any part of the disturbance.

I see the provision of forgiveness as providing me with the opportunity of comfort.

I no longer have to push the errant behavior out of my mind or punish it.

I simply let forgiveness provide the comfort that is needed.

I am feeling the comfort of forgiveness.

I have no idea what anyone else involved is feeling.

But, by not following the rules for punishment that are available to me, I am finding more freedom through forgiveness.

Another writer described the philosophy and practice of forgiveness as the same whether you are forgiving yourself or someone else.

All forgiveness benefits everyone everywhere.

Peace in Our Higher Reality

I am in my right place and so is everyone I know and everyone I don’t know.

We are all doing the highest thing that our highest nature prompts us to do.

I am motivated to listen and follow through on creative ideas.

So are all my neighbors and friends, those I know and those I don’t know.

We are all moving forward in our expression of ideas that uplift and empower society.

The highest ideas which inspire us are beauty, truth, social justice and harmony.

The ways we work for these are through creativity, communication, conviction and comfort.

We take practical steps to carry out our ideas and idealism.

If we can conceive it, we can do it.

Ideas come to us to be expressed.

So we express them, the highest we possibly can, in the most consistent and persistent ways.

We are not dragged down by other’s expression.

We are not distracted by other’s point of view.

We think, act, walk, breathe, dream, invent, create, follow through in the world of our best ideals.

And then we live in that higher reality.

Room for Peace

Getting into the flow is where it feels peaceful.

Getting the organization to where the flow happens is exhilarating.

Having the security that the flow will keep going is delightful.

When the production idea and method and materials all balance out into sales, it is the most wonderful feeling ever.

Being valued for your ideas and taking them to sales is deep peace.

When you find your gift, keep trying out all the steps until you have the combinations that make it all work.

Materials that you like to work with.

Products that you like to make.

Production methods that feel good.

Products that other people value.

Good contact with people who like your products.

A good and unhurried cycle that takes care of you and your people and your customers.

Wonderful and Calm

I feel wonderful and calm.

I have just posted a new theme (Music Book with chant, fingerplay and song) for parents of young children.

The topics that come to me are always sent by the Universe.

This topic is “Innocence and Safety”.

I think a lot about how young children can feel safe.

The ideas that come to me are about listening within.  There are also practical ideas about identifying people you know plus policemen who can help you when you need it.

I always include a short meditation at the beginning of each book.

This one talks about knowing what you need by listening to the thoughts that come to you.

I am sharing the ideas that I used with my children when they were growing up.

I have seen them all turn into confident and responsible adults, although I was scared for them many times.

I am learning to trust them to the Universe the same way I am learning to trust myself to the Universe.

I feel calm also about the consistent support which I have received in learning all the steps to a very new technology in order to be able to share the wonderful ideas which come to me from the Universe.

You may download “Innocence and Safety” at www.MusicandBooksforChildren.com.
