What are they like?
What skills do they have?
How do their skills compliment your skills?
In order to live a much less pressured life, what services do you need to have done?
Can you imagine four families sharing all the responsibilities that one family has to take care of?
When a group of say, four families begins to look at what they can do in a cooperative agreement, the pressures on each of them begin to adjust in a more balanced way.
Keep building this ideal and watch your life begin to shift in a less pressured direction.
