It doesn’t matter how anyone else did their thing, because it is not your path.
Sometimes it is interesting to read about the paths of others for encouragement for ourselves.
But as to expecting anything like that to be the path, well, that is not the point.
Listening is the point.
Whatever it is that you are here to do has a path included in the doing of it.
It is a complete package.
Just try implementing something on your own and watch how it doesn’t work or it changes the direction or doesn’t really make you feel fulfilled.
Then you have to start over, with the listening portion of it to guide you.
That’s the path.
